Well that didn’t take long to connect those dots … Dmitry did it. He gave Lev and Rudy enough “mad money” to inflict maximum damage, to a serious Trump rival in the 2020 Election …
Giuliani Ally Got $1 Million From Ukraine Oligarch’s Lawyer
by Christian Berthelsen, Bloomberg — December 17, 2019
A lawyer for Ukrainian oligarch Dmitry Firtash was the source of $1 million that was deposited into a family bank account of Lev Parnas, an associate of Rudy Giuliani, the U.S. said.
The revelation lays out a financial link between Firtash, who has been charged with conspiracy by the U.S. and is living in Vienna while he fights extradition to the U.S., and one of the people whose work with Giuliani is at the center of the U.S. impeachment inquiry of President Donald Trump.
U.S. prosecutors said previously that Parnas had failed to disclose that his wife received $1 million in September from a bank account in Russia. In federal court in Manhattan on Tuesday, Assistant U.S. Attorney Rebekah Donaleski disclosed the source of the money.

As a reminder from last week’s report:
Firtash has admitted to his Russian Mafia-Oligarch ties, in court:
by Luke Harding, The Guardian — Dec 1, 2010
Gas supplies to Ukraine and EU states are linked to the Russian mafia, according to the US ambassador in Kiev.
His cable, released by WikiLeaks, followed statements by the then prime minister of Ukraine, Yulia Tymoshenko, to the BBC that she had "documented proof that some powerful criminal structures are behind the RosUkrEnergo (RUE) company".
Allegations have long swirled that the Russian crime don Semyon Mogilevich had covert interests in Swiss-registered RUE, which distributes gas from central Asia. A billionaire Ukrainian businessman, Dmitry Firtash, nominally owns nearly half the company. (The Russian state firm Gazprom owns the other half.) [...]
In a secret memo the ambassador, William Taylor, wrote: "He [Firtash] acknowledged ties to Russian organised crime figure Semyon Mogilevich, stating he had needed Mogilevich's approval to get into business in the first place."
And Lev Parnas, through his lawyer’s claims of immunity, has disclosed that he thought he was on a “secret mission” for Trump:
"Mr. Parnas at all times believed that he was acting only on behalf of the President, as directed by his personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, and never on behalf of any Ukrainian officials,” Parnas’s attorney told CNN.
…
But one small problem, with Rudy Colludy in charge of their IMF “mission” — instead of Ethan Hunt— the Terrible Trio never stood a chance of getting away with it, undetected and scot-free.
Despite the Oligarch underwriting of their illegal misadventures, to the tune of a Million-large.
