With 70% of the vote in, Wisconsin still looks pretty painful. At this point Biden really needs to get two out of three of Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. And at this point, Wisconsin has the narrowest gap, but is also getting close to running out of votes.
Dane County, home to Madison and surest source of blue votes, is essentially tapped out with 90% of votes in. Only about one-third of the votes are in from Milwaukee. But that alone isn’t likely to be enough to close the current 115K gap. It’s unclear whether the remaining votes are weighted toward mail-in/early voting, which could definitely make a difference.
