General Botashev, flying for Wagner (The mercenary service owned by “Putin’s Chef”), has been shot down and killed in Ukraine. A Stinger missile allegedly took out his Russian Su-25.
The BBC says: “Botashev was a sniper pilot. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the training of such a pilot takes 10-12 years and costs about $8 million.”
Is Russia running out of pilots yet?
I fear I am already losing my count of the Dead Russian Generals. Is this 12 or 13? OR 14?
Do we count the Chechen general as Russian loss, since he was really a merc like Botashev, merely working for Kadyrov rather than Wagner?
Does the trail of dead Russian generals lead to to straight Ukrainian Victory, or to a detour through a Russian nuclear weapons blast first?
