Liniger out of CO senate race

He has opted to NOT run in this senate race, leaving it Schaffer vs. Salazar (unless Miles somehow, manages to win the primary).  I think that considering polls show Schaffer has fairly high name recognition, that this race should be shown as leaning Dem, rather than toss-up, as most forecasters predict.
