Repealing The 22nd Amendment

The Republicans have lost their minds. They have introduced a bill to repeal the 22nd amendment which bars anyone from serving more than two terms as President. Are they planning on installing Bush as a dictator?!? If this doesn't show the GOP's lust for power as plain as day then nothing does.
