MSNBC has a poll that asks "Surveillance on Americans: Do you agree with President Bush's actions?".

Last I looked, people feel he did not act legally by 62%. I'd like to see this get hammered. Recommend to keep this up for as long as it can. Thanks.

By the way, a talking head by the name of James Bamford, author of "Pretext for War" appeared on MSNBC this morning saying that the President acted illegally, as he has many times in his presidency. Looks like a good Dem [Update 12/18/05 10:21PST] With almost 4000 votes, the "no" vote is at 80%. I don't have any purple finger juice, but maybe more people will get more responses to help make this even higher.
