From the Associated Press:
"Ralph Nader said Sunday he will meet with John Kerry next month to discuss the effort to defeat President Bush in the November election.
-snip-
"He did not elaborate on the meeting he plans with the Massachusetts senator and there was no immediate response from the Kerry campaign."
Is Kerry really planning to meet with Nader? What will they discuss? Can Kossites imagine any scenario where Nader helps Kerry defeat Bush?
According to insiders in the Nader campaign, he will be focusing on Southern states and other Republican areas of the country. There is no plan to visit swing states this time around. Nader's argument is that Southern populists might support him instead of Bush, will which help Kerry.
