Who are we recruiting to kill the giants?

You heard me right.

I'm sick of losing, sick of candidates I feel like I have to support as the lesser of two evils, hell, i'm not even convinced that the '06 elections will be valid with Diebold and ES & S and the like counting the votes.

But here's the deal, it makes me very irritated that the Democratic party did not even field a candidate in the Idaho Senate race last year. The unfortunately named Mike Crapo ran unopposed. FOR A SENATE SEAT!

Personally, I don't care how red a state is... I want a democrat fighting in every possible spot. Maybe we can recruit a liberal thinking preacher to go against Orin Hatch and do the impossible. Perhaps a progressive local hero type down in the deep south. The point is... we fight.

Look at Montana for crying out loud!!

NO SEAT unopposed.

No quarter.

A Democratic voice fighting against the lies and misrepresentations of the Republicans. I don't care how unlikely it is, I don't care how solid the Republicans numbers.

We fight.

And yes, we will probably lose a lot of them, but we will make them sweat it by god, we will make them stain their designer tailor made suits with worry, and end the idea that there is any such thing as a "red state"

now, if I had really done my due dillengence I would post up a list of Republican incumbents that we are targeting, but I haven't... if anybody has it, i will post it here though.

This is where we do our best work, let's brain storm... let's draft, let's recruit.
