KY-Sen: Kentucky cowards

Video taken from outside Monday night's Kentucky Senatorial debate:

The woman shown being thrown to the ground and having her head stomped on by Rand Paul supporters is Lauren Valle, a MoveOn volunteer who "had attempted to approach Paul before the debate took place, dressed in a blonde wig and with a "RepublicanCorp" sign mocking him as a stooge of special interests." And for today's Republican Party, that's all it takes to justify assault.

And what was the Paul campaign's reaction to this criminal, cowardly attack?  

We understand that there was an altercation outside of the debate between supporters of both sides and that is incredibly unfortunate.

Seriously? Speaking of being a coward. Apparently Rand Paul lacks the balls to condemn a vicious attack on a woman for fear that he might anger his teahadist supporters.

Or maybe he's afraid they'll throw him on the ground and stomp on his head.
