Wow, talk about a small world. My parents sent a gift for my daughter's 9th birthday, and the gift was delivered by a local business. I answer the door to see a relatively short man, with stringy long blondish hair there. I had a sense of "where haave I seen this person before", but signed for it and asked him to wait while I went in to grab some money for a tip. I came back", handed him a fiver and saw on his jacket Kristinn. I wished him a Merry Christmas, he turned around and on the back of his jacket was, God as my witness, "Freerepublic.com". Who the heck would wear a freeper jacket?

A federal judge this morning dismissed the suit filed here by a U.S. Army reservist who says he shouldn't have to go to Afghanistan because he believes Barack Obama was never eligible to be president.

Judge Clay Land sided with the defense, which claimed in its response to Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook's suit, filed July 8 with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, that Cook’s suit is "moot" in that he already has been told he doesn’t have to go to Afghanistan, so the relief he is seeking has been granted.

"Federal court only has authority of actual cases and controversies," Land said. "The entire action is dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction."

While trolling the underbelly of the internet, also known as Free Republic, (I don't know why, it must be like driving past an accident and not being able to look away) I was once again reminded how racist that bunch of clowns really is. I've learned a few things reading through there.
First, anyone that says something prefaced by "I'm not a racist but," is usally about to say something that can be classified by normal thinking people as racist. Next, they have some really interesting code words my favorite is "Thug" = "Scary black guy that i feel want's to kill me and rape my wife/daughter". Yesterday, they wanted to hear 'the rest of the story' about the kids in Philly that were kicked out of the swimming club. The Freepers thought that maybe it was becasue they were probably rambunctious "Inner city hoodlums" and one freeper alledges that he/she was there and saw the entire thing, and they were indeed, rambunctious little thugs. Then there is their obsession with the stories they love to post about unwed mothers, child abuse, etc, but only really when the mother in question has an 'ethnic sounding' name.

Well, I guess she copuld always run for President under the Alaska Independence Party banner, since Mikey doesn't want her on the GOP ticket, apparently.

Palin had cited attacks on her family and multiple ethics complaints that had forced her family to rack up hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal bills. As a result, it's unlikely she'd run for president in 2012, suggested Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele.

"Not having talked to the governor, I take 2012 off the table right now simply because given everything she's going through personally, dealing with the financial mess that all these ludicrous investigations have put her and Todd in, at the moment, I think she's trying to focus on getting her house in order, her personal house in order," Steele told FOX News.

Wow, this boggles the mind. Now that he's left the bunker, gone on his never ending farewell tour(Or maybe not farewell, but "I'm still here" tour), Dick has been doing everything ahort of calling for President Obama's impeachment on the grounds of treason. Now it seems Leon Panetta (Who has his own negatives with progressives) has come out and said what many are thinking. Panetta said, that it seemed to him Dick was "[almost] wishing that this country would be attacked again, in order to make his point."
