Today’s figures include 34% who Strongly Approve of the way Obama is performing as president and 36% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him Presidential Approval Index rating of -2.
That’s the president’s best Approval Index rating since July 2009. It is the lowest level of Strong Disapproval since June 2011.
