Dear Santa,
I only want one thing for Christmas. It isn’t money or a sweater.
I just want you to follow the money. Wise guys always say, "follow the money, follow the money!" I have faith you can do it, Santa. This is much easier than 3 wise guys following stars to a manger.
Specifically, Santa, please give us the damn names of the people who purchased the abnormally high volume of 9/11-related options. Sorry to curse, Saint Nick, but the 9/11 Commission knows the answer and said so in its gargoyle-tale report.
Though old news, this loose end needs a relentless hard pull now more than ever.
Tugging on it could unravel the 9/11 fabric of deceit woven by Cheney. War, terror, eroded rights, and "known unknown" corruption are all wrapped in this 9/11 fabric. Unlike other loose ends, our government publicly admitted it knows where this one leads. So, Santa, temporarily tune out Iraq, Iran, dirty bombs, eroded Constitutional Rights, Republican prostitution homosexual pedophilia incest bestiality scandals and focus on one thing: making public the names of the 9/11 investors.
Follow the money!
Refresher:
"A single U.S.-based institutional investor with no conceivable ties to al Qaeda purchased 95 percent of the UAL puts on September 6 as part of a trading strategy that also included buying 115,000 shares of American on September 10." [emphasis added] ..."These investigators have found that the apparently suspicious consistently proved innocuous."
-- p. 499, "9/11 Commission Report"
Myriad people find it much MORE interesting that the 9/11 investors were NOT connected to al Qaeda. An al Qaeda connection would have been logical, unlike claims of investor clairvoyance and unclaimed "innocuous" profits.
It’s a tall order, but even if you have to sacrifice a unit of elves and 2 teams of reindeer to get it, wouldn’t it be worth it?
Santa, consider sending your cousin, Von Klaus, down each Commission members’ chimney for a little "talky talk," CIA-style. I’m joking Santa. I never condone torture, but I’d like to remind you that since the U.S. government now freely tortures people who know next to nothing, it logically follows that torturing people who really know something would be even more patriotic and helpful, but I kid, Santa, I kid. I’m just making a point, so don’t think I’m also suggesting Von Klaus would help America more by torturing Cheney than by tormenting a hundred thousand ragtag desert rebels and spoiled Saudi scions. Torture is immoral, so wipe that smile off your bearded face, Santa.
What would the bad people do to a brave 9/11 Commission member who pulled his or her finger out of the dike?
Arrest him or her?
Like Bush's consiglieri, maybe the leak’s source could simply ignore subpoenas. Isn’t that how it's done in "America’s century," as demonstrated by the Bush administration? But if not, getting arrested still doesn’t compare to dying in Iraq in the Congressionally-approved war. Ditto for any veiled death threats from Cheney.
Plus, if it’s OK for the President’s office to blow the cover of a CIA agent managing the monitoring of WMDs in Iran, wouldn’t it be OK for a 9/11 Commission member to blow the cover of the 9/11 investors? Unlike outing Valerie Plame, this would be noble.
The least you can do, Claus, is give Commission members lumps of coal and a guilt trip by reminding them of the widely publicized ironic Bible quote on the CIA’s Langley building: "Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free."
Thank you in advance,
Paul E. Anna

(Sorry, Santa, but this is not a no-bid contract.)
P.S.
My second favorite loose end vanished.
Most likely the anthrax bomber will never be arrested, according to the author of the U.S. Biological Weapons Convention of 1989, Dr. Francis A. Boyle of the University of Illinois at Champaign. Boyle said the FBI destroyed the evidence necessary to complete its anthrax investigation. -- "Anthrax attack on US Congress made by scientists and covered up by FBI, expert says," by Sherwood Ross, 12/11/06, www.metimes.com/storyview.php?StoryID=20061211-033912-3373r
(So unless some FBI people who know the truth about this suddenly become so patriotic that they sacrifice their careers or lives for the nation and tell us the truth, the anthrax case is as dead as the 3,000 plus U.S. soldiers killed in Iraq.)
