I was on the first bus because I didn't expect to be out late. I think I got in at one a.m. though despite my efforts.

A driver I could tell had experience with the long haul as she moved her bus as if it were an old friend.
On our short trip there was some evidence of urban blight as well as the sight of deadfall left on the side pastures of the interstate highway.
At the center were innumerable science based activities primarily designed to educate children. So it was a lot of fun.
There was a planetarium show where the dome was segmented like the Death Star:
