Bryan Kennedy, Democratic challenger to Jim Sensenbrenner in Wisconsin's 5th CD, launched the first Congressional campaign ad in the nation for the 2006 election cycle. The ad hits hard, showing that Sensenbrenner votes to aid victims overseas, but not at home (he was one of the 11 who voted against aid for gulf coast victims). Sensenbrenner claims that he voted against it due to accountability issues, but now he is refusing to sit on a House committee that is investigating the hurricane response. Hopefully this generates some attention for Kennedy, he is in a seat that is similar to the one that Melissa Bean won... it's in a very conservative district, with a very out of touch Congressman.
