Here's an idea. Recently there have been a few diaries disparaging the lack of participation by youth in the political process. One option may be the creation of a "We are the World"-esque song.
The Kos Community, or an organization like Moveon.org, should sponsor a contest for a song that represents why we should get Bush out of office. After negotiating with some anti-Bush recording artists (off my head I can think of several like the Black Eyed Peas whose latest released single is very anti-war), the winning song should be produced into a high-quality billboard chart topper featuring A-list talent.
The proceeds from the song can go to registration efforts for urban/suburban youth. It's a two-fold strategy - the song will increase awareness of the Bush Administrations deceptions, and the money will help put bodies in voting booths.
Whose willing to help lobby for money to do this?
