Okay, this is not such a big deal, but I notice over at Atrios that Kerry said something when he "thought his mic was off"
again Something about the interviewers being part of the RNC.
This is the third such instance I can think of (Dean Dean Dean Dean and scary crooked liars being the other) and of course Bush and Cheney had their own "thought the mic was off" incident--big time!
Now I realize that when you hit the big time, you are being interviewed all the time and it may be hard to "hold it in" until you're sure you're not miked or on the record, so I wonder--does Kerry do this more than others? Does the press report it more when he does it? Is he doing it on purpose (as some have claimed here)?
And...um...why do we care again?
