This from the NYT - " . . . Though Democrats said that Mr. Clarke had not been under oath in the 2002 interview with the joint Congressional committee, Dr. Frist said he had been and stopped just short of accusing him of perjury. . . ."
Well, was he under oath or not? If not where is even the fantasy of perjury? Details on this would be appreciated.

Sen. Rockefeller says Frist's charge is "baseless and irresponsible." I'll say, especially if there is no oath.
