I don't have the transcript but no doubt someone will retrieve it and give the exact words used by Brit Hume moments ago to defend Bill Bennett's reprehensible rascist remarks.
But to me, the tone was as incredible as the defense of the indefensible. Hume could barely contain his outrage that anyone would call Bennett a racist and his argument with a too much subdued Juan Williams was nothing short of astonshing.
