After being denied a ballot spot by the environmentalist Mountain Party earlier this summer, Ralph Nader has apparently gained enough signatures to get on WV's ballot (as has Badnarik). This is a bad sign, as the WV race promises to be exceedingly close this time around. Legal challenges are are apparently in the works.
It seems that after being denied by West Virginia's left-wing grassroots in the Mountain Party, Ralph has decided to undercut them and assist in the election of George W Bush, whose policies have wrought devastation on this state. And, predictably, there have been reports of underhanded tactics by Nader's operatives.
This is how Nader wants to "build a movement"? I can't even fathom Nader's motivations anymore.
