Update [2004-10-22 0:23:54 by MeanBoneII]: See below for info on getting 'Fahrenheit 9/11' on TV for free where you live.
A Sinclair employee sent the guy at www.boycottsbg.com a very interesting e-mail. The employee says that Sinclair may use this weekend to play the new "documentary" --Stolen Honor -- several times. He agrees that the last press release was just a ploy.
"There is no reason to believe that they have come to their senses. They said what everyone wanted to hear, and now they are going to do what they wanted to do in the first place."
The Sinclair employees have company stock in their 401(k) plans. They know the reckless actions of the right-wing nutjob executives are hurting them, and they want action taken before it's too late.
The whole letter is posted at www.boycottsbg.com. The Sinclair employees are pissed, and the letter urges the boycott to intensify. Please recommend this.
'Fahrenheit 9/11' was on TV tonight in Dubuque, Iowa, on Community Access TV, and is scheduled to air here again Saturday night. Pontificator found that
it also is airing on Access Tucson and that
Michael Moore has given his blessing to airing it on Public Access.
Also found by Pontificator this is a link to contact info for Public Access channels all over the country. And if you have cable TV, the Public Access channel probably frequently shows the phone number you can call to request airing a show.
If you have Public Access Cable TV in your community, see what you can do! Once it is scheduled to run, get the word out about the time and channel! Call your local newspaper, they'll probably run a story about how a newly released feature film is on TV for free.
