In general, I don't think we should do it. I don't mind articles that have nothing yet but a link to the Wikipedia, a paragraph with a few reference links is a good start for an article. That's a good placeholder because Wikipedia is an excellent resource to use for research. But articles that rely on analysis, position, or opinion should be originally written for the wiki, in my opinion.
I propose exceptions for:
- raw data
- tables of article links that need to point internally for dKosopedia,
- policy articles, other standards we want to adopt

It might seem like a good idea to start, but I think this forking just creates articles deceptively similar. Of course, that's just my opinion. There is a poll here and again,
a vote at the wiki.
