A lot of people have worried about Bush really winning this time. Last time, without even a plurality, he went nuts. Imagine what he'll do this time, this logic goes.
However, let me propose a different scenario. Rove's WHOLE plan relied on getting out the Evangelical vote. That means that every decision made before yesterday was made solely to please the far-right. Now that he's not running for re-election, isn't it possible that Bush might not be so damned crazy? Just a bit of optimistic bitterness, so to speak.
What do you guys think Bush does in Term 2? He plans Social Security reform, I believe, but what else is on his plate?
