ACT did a massive GOTV effort which included allowing anyone to get a list of 50 voters and call them from home. Now I don't know enough about their lists, but maybe someone here does. It seems to me that we could do the exact same thing as GOTV, and call registered Dems in
the Florida counties where the voting flipped. As you might know from the diaries, the smaller counties in Florida showed a "flip", with Bush getting 75% in counties with 75% registered Dems. Consistently. A flip this large would be fairly easy to verify. If we called a few of these counties, it seems like a pattern would emerge very quickly as to whether hundreds of smaller precincts were flipped on November 2. All we need is the Dem lists.
Does this make any sense, has it been discussed yet, and is it worth pursuing?
