People in St. Bernard Parish say they believe they are pretty much being overlooked by the rescue teams.
They are posting messages on Nola.com trying to figure out ways to get attention for their parish.
I see from Google News that some rescues have been made in St. Bernard Parish, but not a lot. Maybe the parish is being overlooked.
Anyhow, if you out there know any emergency responders or reporters working on Katrina stories, maybe it would be cool to let them know how desperate things are in St. Bernard Parish.

Note: I'm not from New Orleans and don't know anything other than what I read on Nola.com, but it does some that the squeaky wheel in New Orleans gets the grease.
