Collages of War: Exploring the power of images in the anti war movement.
Powerful photos of the human suffering of war can have a great impact on those that view them.
Often this impact is greater than the impact of words when it comes to getting across the gross injustices done to civilians in times of war. It is with this in mind that I have begun creating a series of collages using images of war. This is the Volume 3 of this series for DailyKos.

Each image will be matched with a quote. It is my attention to use these images and words as a way communicate as best I can the way I feel about the current war in Iraq.
Image after the jump....
"I am going back to defend the Iraqi people; to defend the old women of Iraq; the old men of Iraq; the land of Iraq. Do you allow someone to enter your home and force you out of it? They have put up the American flag in Umm Qasr, this is not liberation, this is occupation."
