Disclaimer: I'm in DFA Baltimore, but I hold ho official position, and my opinions are mine, and mine alone.
I've lived in Maryland for just under 4 years, and for the life of me, I can't figure why the hell anyone with two brain cells to rub together would vote for William Donald Schaefer, the state Comptroller.
While the requirement for brain cells might not prevent a Republican from voting for him, it would prevent them from voting for him in the primary.
Even if I didn't think that he were suffering from some form of dementia, it's clear that he's right wing, and has become more so in his old age.
He's Gov. Bob "Bad Hair" Erlich's best bud, a real DINO.
He's signed off on Erlich corrupt land sales to his cronies (the Sun's reporters got banned from the gubernatorial presence), and his long time coziness with the Republicans (He Gerrymandered a district for Republican Helen Bently (R) when he was governor), and hee has to go
Who would be a good candidate against him in the primary?
I'm figuring that after Erlich, he should be number two on the incumbent hit parade.
