Article 1: Section 3: Clause 3 of the of the
United States Constitution:
Clause 3: No Person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty Years, and been nine Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen.
Shorter, more appropriate version: If you are not a resident of the state, you aren't allowed to run for the U.S. Senate.

A lot has been made of
Rick Santorum's residency in the past few months.
1.) Penn Hills (PA) school district paying $38,000 a year for his children's cyber schooling.
2.) His wife won a $350,000 civil suit against a chiropractor. The claim was filed and the judgement was awarded in Virginia. (Umm, yeah, Santorum is trying to limit these types of judgements to $250,000 -- she filed for $500,000 and Rick Santorum testified on her behalf)
3.) The Pittsburgh Post Gazette wants to know if Senator Santorum (R-VA/PA) is behind the recent push-polling done against members of the Penn Hills School District.
4.) Then there are the actual home that Rick Santorum owns in Pennsylvania. The home that supposedly houses his wife, six children, and the two people that he rents it to in Pennsylvania.
That's a total of 10 people that live in this place:
You got it -- Ten people sharing:
Stories: 1.5
Bedrooms: 3
Bathrooms: 2
Sq. Feet: 2071
Full Market Value: ~ $106,000
And we are supposed to believe that his family lives here instead of their $757,000 home in Leesburg, Virginia? Come now.
But here is the ironic twist in the story:
In his initial House race against Rep. Doug Walgren in 1990, challenger Santorum attacked the incumbent from Mt. Lebanon for buying a house and raising his children in McLean, Va. Now Rick Santorum of Leesburg, Va., is saying that he is and he isn't a resident of Pennsylvania.
Rick Santorum needs to convince the voters of Pennsylvania that he lives among them and not just an out-of-towner who used to live here when he was first elected.
Someone from Kos recommended in an email that we try to find out information about his wife's case in Virginia. The Kos(sack, sian, mopolitan) suggested that in my claims, the court records would start with something like:
Jane Doe (Karen Santorum), of Leesburg Virginia blah blah blah. I agree. Let's find out where she claimed as her home.
I personally am a neophyte when it comes to looking up court records, but I know there are some on here that know what they are doing when it comes to that stuff. So, wanna help?

Other than that, just sit back and enjoy the hypocrisy, and recognize that we will continue to take the fight to Rick Santorum -- through each and every medium that is willing to listen.
