KESQ News reports:
A bill in Arizona to let pharmacists refuse to provide emergency contraception if doing so interfers with thier moral or religious beliefs has been vetoed.
Governor Janet Napolitano says "pharamacies and other healthcare providers have no right to interfer with the lawful personal decisions made by patients and thier doctors".

Damn that "seperation of powers" thing, what were our Founding Fathers thinking anyway?
I wonder how the right to life'rs will spin this? Their standard stick against unelected activist judges isn't going to cut it this time. Perhaps they will point to the danger to our moral fiber of electing women to higher office in the first place. I am sure they will be baying for blood the next time Napolitano runs, if not before.
Nice to get some good news once in awhile.
