Nope. No such thing. Those words are a Republican frame. You just can't trust those duplicitous anti-science Luddites for a minute.
There is, however, a Law of Evolution. The Law of Evolution is that thing about survival of the fittest, those best suited to survival being the ones most likely to reproduce, and so on. If you've heard someone call it the Theory of Evolution, correct them - it's the Law of Evolution.
What's the point of this? Because as long as it's called the Theory of Evolution, the Fundie Funders will run around howling about it being a theory, and in sound-bite form it'll sound plausible.
So think about how much more ridiculous it sounds if they're going around yelping out, "The Law of Evolution is just a theory!" If you say "The Theory of Evolution is just a theory!" then you've got a tautology - a theory is a theory. But evolution is, as has been mentioned many, many times before, one of the cornerstones of modern biology, et cetera, and they should sound properly ridiculous when they assail it.
The theory of relativity is still a theory; Newton's Laws are also still theories (in fact, theories refined by the theory of relativity). But there's such a preponderance of experimental and logical evidence on their side that we call them natural laws anyhow. The same can and should be done for evolution.
It's a Law, not a Theory. We recognize the power of language, so let's be the first to start using the new term for once. Sometimes it doesn't catch on - witness the failed Republican effort to replace 'Nuclear option' with their own focus-group-friendly bullshit. But it can't hurt to try.
