It looks like the charm offensive is in full swing. A Canada citizen was killed by US troops in Iraq at least thats what it looks like.
Since it was a Helicopter that killed him my guess would be it was the US troops..

Remember that an American violated the rules of combat in Aftganistan and killed 4 Canadian troops with a bomb in 2002.

Quote
from the incident on Saturday:
"Officials will only say they are looking into a report from Iraqi authorities that a Canadian citizen was killed in Baghdad on the weekend.
But a source has told Broadcast News that Ali Alwan died after U.S. forces "tracked" a target using a helicopter gunship.
The source, who didn't want to be identified, says the man's family has asked Canadian authorities to investigate "
In regards to the Aftganistan incident the guy got probation and that pissed us off. This with the bullshit inquiry into the Italian Death we know why the world wanted the US to join the international court for war crimes. And now I understand why they didn't sign on.
