Life In Bush's American
Republican reaffirms their "Hate Americans" agenda. The house voted on a Friday night, after you went home and geared up for the weekend, in hopes no one would notice, 250 - 151 to basically send the message, "Americans are the problem with America"
Here is some of the breakdown of this budget...
Here is some of the breakdown of this budget...
- Healthy Communities Access Program - has been totally unfunded - what did this do? It helped communities offer health care to the uninsured, you know the that group that Republicans can't stand. ($83 Million)
- Education Department grant program targeted at low-income and underachieving schools. ($205 Million)
- Training programs for Doctors and Nurse (Please keep in mind, nurses are at critical shortage, so we should cut them) (84% cut, from $300 million to $47 Million)
- $806 Million in the practically unfunded mandate "No Child Left Behind" face it George, you are leaving us all behind.
- Grants community-action groups use to help the poor would be cut in half, to $320 million (Screw the poor, welcome to the Republican "Adapt or Die" America)
This is the message we need to keep passing out, Republicans hate Americans, their actions speak louder than their words.
Here is a story from the
Washington Post.
