The Mail on Sunday released a memo by the U.K. Defense Secretary, John Reid, drafted a secret paper for Prime Minister Tony Blair that outlines how Britain will pull their troops out of Iraq by year's end.

Seems that there is a bit of squabbling going on between those military commanders here at home at Centcom and those in Iraq.
