I know Rosenburg got it back in the fifties, but the law may have changed since then. That incident was for selling nuclear weapons secrets to the Soviets, a bit more extreme. However I'd read that mabey as many as sixty agents were killed within a few days of Plames outing.
I'm sure there are people opposed to capital punishment here, and thats cool. But you gotta admit that just the fear that must and/or will be going through the bushies heads is a satisfying thought. It isn't likely to happen since I'm sure Bush would pardon him the day after he's convicted. One can always hope otherwise.
However I wonder if ant trial of Turd Blossem could be dragged out long enough to outlast Bush. Impeachment would make this a more realistic possibility. If the Dems take the houseback that would make Nancy Pelosi(From my district, San Francisco, Whooo Hoooo!)President. I don't think she'd be pardoning anyone from this crew.
