I haven't had a diary entry since January and I have some time to kill. This is just a bunch of stuff I've been reading and thinking about.
Bill Frist decides to back the new stem cell bill and gets fisted for it.
The Christian Defense Coalition lambasted Frist's change of position.
"Sen. Frist should not expect support and endorsement from the pro-life community if he votes for embryonic research funding," it said.
Senator Frist cannot have it both ways. He cannot be pro-life and pro-embryonic stem cell funding," said Rev. Patrick J. Mahoney, director of the group. "Nor can he turn around and expect widespread endorsement from the pro-life community if he should decide to run for president in 2008."
Yahoo News
I'm looking at Yahoo News right now and I see a story about a soldier getting a 15 month prison sentence for not reporting to Iraq. Underneath that story I see another one entitled "Iraq Affecting Mental Health of Troops" Yahoo News
Two weeks ago Hillary Clinton wrote this in her letter to the FTC
"We should all be deeply disturbed that a game which now permits the simulation of lewd sexual acts in an interactive format with highly realistic graphics has fallen into the hands of young people across the country,"
Next we will be banning popular games like "Doctor" and "House".
*She is referring to "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas". The only way to get the game to go into this "sex mode" is with a hack available on the internet.
Go Paul Hackett!!!
