Just got off the phone with my sister. She was in the 38th legislative district, 15th precinct, in Everett. There were 5 delegates to award. Only 7 people showed up. 1 for Edwards, 1 for Kucinich, 1 for Clark, 2 undecideds, and my sister and her husband were for Dean. The undecideds started leaning towards towards Kerry, but my sister tried to talk them out of it by going over all the reasons she didn't like Kerry. She succeeded in talking them out of Kerry, but before she could do anything about it, they signed up for Edwards. There's a lesson here -- don't go negative! Talk about your candidates strengths.
Anyway, the Kucinich and Clark people wouldn't budge, and they stuck with their candidates as a protest vote. So 3 delegates went to Edwards, and 2 delegates went to Dean.
My sister reported that throughout her region, which is close to Seattle, but getting near rural areas, Dean didn't seem to be doing to well.
