Let's see. Outing CIA agents for partisan gain is just politics--everybody does it. And you can't crimilize politics! Bribing politicians to enact legislation that benifits you is "free speech." You can't criminalize political speech! By this logic, political assasination must be ok too, since it is a form of political action that is just as much speech as campaign contributions are. If I understand this principle (You can't criminalize politics) you can do whatever you want, regardless of the law, so long as you do it for political gain... kind of like the insanity defense.
