I'm a fervent anti-Nader person, and have been since 2000 (even though he used to be one of my heroes), but I signed up for his mailing list to keep up with what he is telling his supporters. In today's email he talks about the states he is visiting and in which he is trying to get on the ballot:
Ralph Nader is on the road in Texas and Oklahoma, two notoriously difficult ballot access states. After a talk in San Antonio and a Press conference in Austin, Ralph stopped by Crawford, TX to join the Peace and Justice Rally on the one-year anniversary of the Iraq invasion.
Sunday he'll be in Oklahoma City. Next week: North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
Now, clearly it's early, but still, you don't see MN, NM, NH, AZ, etc., on this list. Is it possible that he will fight his cause squarely in the non-battleground states??
