I just watched the Hardball coverage of the riots in Argentina. It is so obvious that Bush's presence was causing lots of the anger. However, all you heard from that MSNBC rating's whore, Chris Matthews, "this is nothing new to American Presidents." Then he gets his stupid sidekick Poncho Mitchell (for those of you who remember "The Cisco Kid,") and she reads what Matthews wants and she also takes the edge off any of this being specifically against Bush.
Now comes David Gregory, who has become one of the only media people with integrity, and he says, no matter where Bush goes, even to our allies, there are many people all over the world who hate him and that is what we are seeing in Argentina. You could feel Matthews burning up. Gregory talked over and over again about it, not letting Matthews and Mitchell spread their lies. Then Gregory said, President Clinton was loved all over the world.
Hey, you don't have to be loved but it sure doesn't hurt and it certainly doesn't do us any good that our president is hated everywhere even here.
