The revelation that the current occupant of the White House has deliberately engaged in illegal domestic wiretapping makes the quandary I posted in my previous diary entry but one a no-brainer.
George W. Bush is a domestic enemy of the Constititution of the United States.
It's still problematic whether military service in defense of that constitution can be reconciled with a duty to obey the lawful orders of my superiors. But it is no longer ambiguous that the person at the head of the chain of command is not worthy of the service of my brothers and sisters in uniform.
