My wife has become interested in the issue of genetically modified food/agriculture through a series recenty published in the Sacramento Bee. She's looking for
balanced books that take a serious look at the facts. Presumably, anything with "Supercorn!" or "Frankenfood!" in the title wouldn't qualify, if you know what I mean.
Can any of you folks who understand the subject recommend some good - and balanced - books on the subject?
