Harry Sampson not only loses, but comes in last place. I am very disappointed. Former 2002 and 2000 candidate Ann Tamlyn won, so we are quaranteed a lackluster campaign on the Democratic side for the Maryland One. Gilchrist wins, Mikulski wins and Pipkin wins. The Battle for November is set.
