Along side Sharon's constant escalation of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict with irresponsible and illigal actions, such as the Separation Wall and target assassinations, the Prime Minister has also been engulfed in an ongoing corruption scandal:
"An Israeli developer is alleged to have paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to Mr Sharon's son Gilad.
The developer, David Appel, employed him as a consultant in a deal involving a Greek resort, although Gilad Sharon had no previous experience in the tourism industry."
If another international leader closely associated with the Bush Administration goes down in flames, is that good for the Democrats? Or does Israeli politics have no impact in the U.S.?
