I have been watching the SIGNIFICANCE of nuclear power in reguards to the discussions being made internationally about the world.
I believe that the expressions made public in the media by these countries throught europ including Iran as well as other smaller nations are relevant to the future status of their prospective place in the world union.
The right to nuclear power must be agreed to by everyone due to its wartime capability other than only the peaceful use alone.
The PRIVILEGE to nuclear poawr tends to rest ypon a POLITICAL AGREEMENT shared by all countries alligned by law and without any disagreement to the EXISTANCE if that law wich prevents war.
Therefore the independance of these countries may be limited by tis aspect of agreementAnd not simply upon their necessity for an alternative form of POWER that a people require to sustain a modern lifestyle.
Leadership then comes into play as to whom does decide upon those that may be priviledged in the protections that the LAW defends
So far this need to have it all placed into WRITING as the US has made its opinion known and as RUSSIA and other members of the UN will have to negociate this without any particular guidlines of acceptance deems such a requirement that many other smaller nations may also adhear to for a sence of STABILITY in the world.
