I don't think the time is exactly rightfor this. But pretty shortly, it will be time to start running ads in every republican held district in the country with some stock picture or footage of the local congressman smiling with either Bush or Abramoff linking them to each and every major policy where <local republican congressman|woman> voted to support the Bush agenda with the current results. The tag line should be something to the effect of "had enough?" or "it is time for a congressman who will work for <your district here> rather than President Bush's failed agenda".
No doubt, there will be a counter ad from the republican for each of these and an response to that or a reminder of the consequence of that vote.
This may not work in parts of Utah, Wyoming, Oklhoma and maybe texas, but it has to make the republicans squirm elsewhere.
Additionally, we need to be prepared for the pissing and moaning about going negative.
