This isn't going to be much of an informative diary as it is a press for knowledge, really. I come for information on the blogs you fellow Kossacks run, what the content is, and how to increase traffic potential.
I just discovered Blogspot and have started a blog there. As the title of my blog states, it's
A showcase of political news and thought, college education, fatherhood, and life in general
It's not soley about politics, although being a daily Dailykos reader, among other sites, I'm sure I will have more than enough political fodder to keep it in that realm to some degree. I've already posted about the Downing Street Minutes and cross-posted my Bombs over Baghdad diary on my blog.
But as I looked at Kos' blogroll, I noticed a few Blogspot diaries and checked them out. They were certainly political weblogs by definition. Then I clicked on the link for dkos reader blogs and got the list, state by state, of our very own Kossack user blogs. I noticed the list appears to be compiled by Folkbum and then wondered what criteria a blog must meet to make that list.
If anyone has that answer, I'm curious to know. And if you want to resubmit your weblog here, for others to see who haven't seen the dkos reader blogs link, then feel free. I know a lot of you, as do I (now, anyways) post your websites in your signature. I think this is a great idea and will be actively trying to make sure I look for them and visit them when I can.
That's it. Good day!
