When I first heard about yearlykos I was at first hesitant, then became more and more interested. By the time I became enthusiastic, time and money were short. I still could have done it had I started saving money for it. Then I filed my tax returns online and discovered that I was getting a pretty good tax refund. So, I trusted the govt. to send me my tax refund within a reasonable time. That did not happen.
More after the fold.
I'm so bummed out that I did not go to yearlykos. I had already written Thursday and Friday off as vacation days, and I took them even though I was not going to yearlykos.
I figured there'd be lots of news on our site from attendees. That was not a realistic expection in that those who attended are very busy with all the seminars, parties, etc., and I don't begrudge them that for one minutes.
Okay, I will plan ahead for yearlykos next year, time wise and monitarily.
