Lieberman, regarded by many as George W's best friend, has a political clone in Maryland's Fourth Congressional District. Albert Wynn is the Democratic incumbent who voted for the war in Iraq without holding the Bush Administration accountable. Approximately a year and a half after his vote, Wynn began backpeddling on the issue. Other votes that do not match his constituency include his vote for the Republican bankruptcy bill, the Bush-Cheney energy bill, and most recently, Net Neutrality.
Thankfully, Wynn has a real challenger in community activist/public policy lawyer Donna Edwards. Donna has been involved in the community and nation for over 20 years, through co-founding and serving as the first executive director of National Network to End Domestic Violence, and was instrumental in the passage of the Violence Against Women Act of 1994. In addition, she successfully fought against the advent of casinos in the National Harbor Project in Fort Washington, Maryland.
Although I work her campaign, my personal opinion is that Donna is an individual of unquestionable character and commitment. To view Albert Wynn's voting record, please visit www.progressivepunch.com. To view his special interests, please see his PAC endorsements at www.opensecrets.org.

Let's use our voting power to oust yet another Republican masquerading as a Democrat!
