We're driving home to Michigan for a quick visit with my family, and we'll be traveling along the Pennsylvania & Ohio Turnpikes for most of the way. Long trip I know but I've never liked flying home for these visits. Given the increased security and all at our airports, I'd rather spend 12 hours on the road with the kids than tackle that mess.
Some of you may have caught onto the idea of "freeway blogging", where folks hang sheets with "Impeach" or some other message from one overpass or another. I've taken to writing a similar message on the back window of my car lately - just to help get the word out. My latest message is "HAD ENOUGH?" Before that it was "IMPEACH!"
Pennsylvania and Ohio will be important states this November, and I wanted to tailor my message to those states specifically in my journey. I could stick with "HAD ENOUGH?" but I thought maybe someone here could come up with something hard-hitting for my moving billboard - specific to each of the states.
I'd especially be interested in hearing from folks in PA & OH on this - who know something about the races through the Pittsburgh, Cleveland, & Toledo areas.
Once I get up into Michigan - we'll probably change the message to "VOTE 4 GRANHOLM!!!", but I wanted to find something else for PA & OH.
So - what do you think the messages should be?
