Election Race Diary Rescue Roundup
This is an attempt to compile a fairly comprehensive listing of election-related diaries that have recently been posted, since most scroll away quickly. Most of them are House or Senate races but there are also some local ones, as well as the occasional 'general info' diary.
If you are doing a diary on a specific race, particularly a House or Senate race, please, please, PLEASE, put the race number (or XX-Sen) at the beginning of the diary title. I can't tell you how much easier it makes when sifting through hundreds of diaries, and it would be a shame to miss some important ones.
Volunteers Needed! - (over the jump...)
Volunteer(s) Needed - The entire recent diary list is skimmed to generate this compilation. Anyone who is willing and/or capable of taking a block of a few hours worth of diaries and sending me links to the appropriate diaries during that period would be a
huge help.
I'm going to be away for the weekend until Sunday evening. There's no pride of ownership here - anyone who wants to take a stab at doing this in my absence, please do so. Otherwise, a few wonderful folks are starting to help out (props to Nightprowlkitty and Alma so far) and I'll do the best I can to get caught up by early next week.
(Much thanks to Markos for making this a front page feature, and to all who have expressed their encouragement. If you like this, find a candidate you knew nothing about and show him or her some love.)
