As you are probably aware, blogs from both sides of the political spectrum are trying to flush out who placed an anonymous hold on S 2590, a bill that would require public disclosure of all recipients of federal funding.
According to TPMMuckraker, 86 senators have now denied being the culprit.

The suspects are Reid, Baucus, Byrd, Carper, Sarbanes and Rockefeller for the Democrats, and Stevens, Talent Murkoswski, Hatch, Gregg, Crapo, Chambless and Bond on the Republican side.
It's now at a point where if the individual can't be named, at least a party can be ruled out. It's time to pressure Reid to exonerate all Democrats and put the pressure on the GOP (or have Reid tell the offending party if it is a Democrat to get his/her head out its ass before this goes any further).
For what its worth, my money is on Stevens. He's angry about the internet bill not going to a vote, and in an earlier comment someone said that this is payback for Coburn's (co-sponsor to S 2590) objection to the bridge to nowhere.
